An ethereal luna moth rests amongst purple blooms, suspended in a quiet world somewhere between nature and imagination.

Created from my original acrylic painting, Lunar Bloom is available as a strictly limited edition of just 100 fine art prints, allowing a small number of collectors to bring a piece of its story into their own homes.

The Inspiration

Lunar Bloom began with my daughter.

While turning the pages of a book filled with moths and butterflies, my eldest daughter found a creature neither of us had ever seen before — a luna moth.

She brought the page to me, and for a moment we were both completely enchanted.

Luna moths don’t inhabit the forests or gardens of Australia. They belonged to a part of the natural world far beyond our own, yet there was something about those pale green wings and long, delicate tails that seemed almost too beautiful to be real. Like a creature imagined for a fairytale that had somehow found its way into nature instead.

Together, our curiosity grew. We wandered through stories of their fleeting lives and the mythology, folklore and symbolism woven around moths — transformation, intuition, renewal, and the quiet courage of being drawn towards the light.

And somewhere amongst all that wonder, Lunar Bloom began to take shape.

There is something deeply special to me about watching my children’s imaginations awaken to the world. As an artist, I have the rare privilege of taking those little sparks of wonder — the creatures we discover, the stories we tell, the worlds we imagine — and giving them somewhere tangible to exist.

So I painted the luna moth we could never find in our own garden.

I gave her a world of purple flowers in which to rest, preserving that small moment of shared wonder between mother and daughter in paint.

Lunar Bloom is, at its heart, a painting about curiosity, transformation, and the magic we find when we allow ourselves to remain enchanted by the world.

A Limited Edition of 100

Only 100 Lunar Bloom fine art prints will ever be released.

Each print is individually numbered as part of the edition, making every one part of a finite collection. Once all 100 have found their homes, this edition will not be reproduced or re-released.

Unlike mass-produced or print-on-demand artwork, each Lunar Bloom print is produced by me in my atelier. From printing and inspecting each piece to numbering, packaging and preparing it for its journey, every print passes through my hands before it reaches yours.

From My Atelier to Your Home

Every Lunar Bloom print is prepared and packaged by me rather than being sent from a third-party fulfilment company.

It’s important to me that receiving my artwork feels personal. Your print isn’t simply an image sent to a printer somewhere else in the world; it’s a small piece of my work and its story, prepared in my atelier before making its way to you.

With only 100 prints in existence, once the final edition number has been claimed, Lunar Bloom will remain available only through the original artwork and the prints already held by its collectors.
